We have had an excellent experience working with Caroline and the New South Realtors team. As (first time) out of state investors, Caroline used her in depth knowledge of the market to help us target specific properties as rental properties with strong potential for appreciation. The New South team has worked with us to manage all aspects of renting the properties. We have been very impressed with the level of expertise and value that the New South Realtors team brings.

I've known the Davis Team for over 20 years. Bought and sold several homes through them. They are fantastic to work with! Caroline is truly amazing and so knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend them for all your home/rental needs in this area!

Amanda has taken SUCH great care of us. I've rented from lots of different places with mixed results, but during our time here she has gone above and beyond to ensure we're taken care of. My boyfriend and I usually try to fix things ourselves because of previous experiences at other leasing companies, but Amanda follows up with us on any maintenance requests to ensure that everything is up to her standards. We had plumbers come out a couple times to work on a maintenance request, and when we told her it wasn't fully fixed but that we were just going to deal with it she said "No!
