I've been attending classes at this studio since January 2023 and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I suffer from chronic pain and since I started my journey with them I've come off of my nerve medication. The instructors are incredible - they listen and they help with adjustments during class. I've never felt bad about myself over progress (or lack of) because there is no judgement here. I cannot recommend them enough. Shout out to Brock, Lynn and Melanie for helping me each and every week.
I really enjoy attending classes at Hot yoga of Huntsville and Madison. The atmosphere is just right and everyone is welcoming and friendly. Two classes in particular that I always try to make are Brock’s Vin to Yin class and power vinyasa class. They are a must try! I feel so good now. Thank you Hot yoga of Huntsville/Madison.
If you are looking for a yoga studio that just offers more, HYOM is it!! From beginner vinyasa to Power classes to more cardio intensive classes, like HIIT and Xtreme Barré, you can find a workout class for you! The facility is always spotlessly clean and the studio itself is massive! They have multiple showers that are very clean (and a well deserved reward after a hot class!) They also offer individual practice times for you to practice at your own flow! There is also a massage studio in the same building! Not to mention the entire HYOM staff makes you feel like family when you are there! I came for yoga, but now I keep coming back for my hot yoga family!
