After dealing with call center issues with my appointment, got into the office in Maddison and they were WONDERFUL. Turns out they didn’t take my insurance despite what the call center told me & I had already had a horrendous day before getting to the dentist so that was the last thing I wanted to hear. The office manager and my hygienist were the nicest women who made me feel so much better about every thing and we’re still about to treat me. Will still be coming here and paying what I can out of pocket because it was that nice.
Dr. Dean is the most experienced, talented dentist i have ever seen. He explained every procedure of the crown work i had done and would recommend him highly for anyone needing dental work.
I went in and it came out real fast they were concerned and willing to help me and explained everything to me everything was quick and simple and understanding the people are very humble and kind and willing to do anything to help me with my dental problems and getting some dentures there really caring I feel like the place is really a blessing
