Great dentist. Some dentists are greedy and try to recommend dental work thats not needed, but Dr Pig isn't one of those. He will do what needs to be done. I've had a couple dental issues where I had cavities forming at the base of my crown, and other dentist were telling me the crown was lost and recommended extracting the crown to to put in an implant. Dr Pig drilled it out and filled it, and it's been fine ever since. Recently, he put in a filling in another tooth, and you can't even tell there's a filling there. Great work and honest.

I cannot express the kindness Dr. Pignataro has shown me. I recommend him to everyone. He is truly a BLESSING!!!! He volunteers at the free clinic and treats everyone as if they are paying full price. He is simply the best!!!!.in my Tina Tunner voice 100 stars!!!!

What an absolutely wonderful dentist and human being Doctor Joe Pignataro is! He is such a kind, caring and impressive person. His entire operation is outstanding, his staff is exemplary from billing, front reception, and dental hygienists. I suspect he takes the time to hire the best of the best, rather than just warm bodies to be a part of his team. I consider it a privilege to be in their care and to just share a few words with such fine people during each visit. I do not believe you will be disappointed with Dental service for you or your loved ones at Pignataro Dental.
