“Scott was referred to me by my insurance agent, and SOCO Roofing is the name of his company.
After a hailstorm, I was told by an "Ambulance Chaser/Roofer", I had damage. I was uncomfortable, and the guy felt shady. So I called my insurance company for advice. I had a few referrals, and had several quotes given. Scott's was in alignment with the others, however, he never offered to fraudulently move the numbers to cover my deductible. Every other roofer did. So we chose Scott and SOCO.
He walked us through every step, and he was extremely professional and patient, especially as the payment had to go from Insurance to me, to my Mortgage company and then back to me before I could pay Scott. When his crew arrived, they were very well prepared and extremely efficient. They showed up as I was leaving for work, and when I returned home that evening, they were wrapping up the job! I have over 2400 Sq ft under roof, steep pitch, with multiple dormers and valleys. So impressive!
Whenever you have damage to your home, it's a terrible situation. But SOCO and Scott made it as painless as it could possibly be. I would recommend his company for anyone needing roof work.

“I selecting Patriot to do a full roof replacement to bring my home up to Fortified standards. I was totally pleased and impressed with the Patriot team. The color and type of shingles my wife and I wanted were not available locally. The project manager for our job, Chris Bingle, searched sources and found the exact shingle we wanted some distance away. On install day the installation team and the correct materials showed up early and ready to work. Mr. Bingle was also there to meet with us, explain the work to be done, and answer questions. He was managing other projects as well but visited our job site several times throughout the day. The install team didn't need supervision or oversight, the entire team worked hard, fast, and with excellent teamwork. The owner of the company, Stephen Farley, visited the job site twice that day as well. The team finished the job in one day and did an thorough clean-up before they left. “I worked with Charles at J&J services last fall to put on a roof at our home in Gulf Shores. We met with a number of very good and qualified roofing companies. Charles and J&J were consistently professional and were patient with us - coming to the home a couple times and many calls to help us understand the process. We had a specific need with the house that has a sun room and all needed a roof. The project was completed very timely. The quote was spot on, no surprises. Charles was very informative regarding the process and also with review of the project and quote. The individuals that did the work on the home was very professional, worked steady and I could tell they took pride in their work. “My wife and I recently hired Alpha Roofing to replace our home's roof which was damaged by Hurricane Sally. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job John Tesch - the owner of Alpha Roofing - and his crew did installing our new roof. The entire crew was very professional,punctual, tidy and courteous. They arrived - on time - with a crew of 10 workmen who broke up into groups. One group spread tarps around the entire house taking particular care covering the plants and shrubs. Another group began removing the old shingles, still another groupcame right behind the second group making repairs to the roof where needed and installing the new felt moisture barrier. After the moisture barrier was in place another group started installing tour new shingles. The group that laid out the tarps began collecting the old shingles and throwing them into the trash trailer they brought with them. Less than 2 hours after their arrival they were installing our new shingles. By the end of the first day they had finished 60 percent of the roof - that includes disposing of the old shingles and cleaning up around the house. They were completely finished by 2 PM on the second day! The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up the site, aside from seeing our new roof you could not tell that they were ever there. It was obvious to my wife and I that these men had worked together for some time, they were very efficient with no wasted motion. They worked quickly but no corners were cut. The quality of their work was top notch. It is rare to find tradesmen who perform quality work and do so at a fraction of what their competitors charge.
