The owner knows the roofing business and answered all my questions with a few more items I never thought about. His need for detail gave me the feeling that after the job he would be proud to live there.The crew did not waste any time and was a well-oiled machine in terms of getting the job done well. Robert and his team lived up to our expectations and surpassed them, too. He spent quality time with us explaining the process and why it’s so detailed and important.The day our roof was installed, a supervisor stayed on site guiding the team during roof removal and installation. There were numerous men working on the roof and the process was completed in less than two days. Robert was available through phone and text to monitor the whole process. He was able to see live activity during both removal and application of our roof. He even checked with us afterwards to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
