“I called and described what was going on with my phone and the guy I talked to told me he would do everything in his power to make sure I left there with my phone working so, I took my I phone 13 pro max in because I thought it wasn’t charging but it may have taken 3 minutes and I was handed my phone back working. It had been in safe mode and they knew it instantly. I wasn’t charged for their time or knowledge. If you have a phone that needs repaired, a cracked screen fixed, etc I highly recommend Therese guys !“
