I asked the reason, and they said that it may have been a personal problem with one of the techs. No notice, no call, no nothing. No attempt to call prior to today, and they tried to reschedule for a fourth time. The most unprofessional business I've dealt with.Update: rec'd phone call with apologies for lack of communication and delay.Offered to come out and service appliance, showed up on time made repair within an hour. Happy with repair and cost.“
