“UPDATE: I spoke to the office manager Sierra yesterday. She was very nice. Informed me that they had tried a marketing firm to manage their contacts and now an automated system for contacting customers. She confirmed my contacts points, apologized and assured me this would be corrected. The person normally taking calls is out this week which explains the multiple contacts. Assuming this will be a permanent correction on the contact points & the fact that Sierra was very nice and genuine, I am changing my review to 5 stars.“

“Called Appliance Connection at 10 am and Adam came to my house around noon. He diagnosed the problem with the Kitchen Aid undercover ice maker and gave me an estimate to fix. I okayed it and he was gone within the hour. Great job. I would recommend this company if you have any Appliance issues.“
“I couldn't be happier! I was feeling a little hopeless with the loss of the use of my washing machine. It took visits to get the work completed, but my washing machine is running and humming like it did before. What's most important is that A&E Services has a great team of technicians who have made the repair process all the better. I would definitely recommend A&E Services to ANYONE.
