Cathy also took special measures to pre-treat my hair prior to coloring which made my hair smooth, silky, and in much better condition. She was also very careful not to cut off too much length. He told me what morning he would be here, and he called that morning to let me know he was on the way. This all seems to be what would be expected, but as I found out from the last company that Frigidaire assigned to repair my dishwasher, such is not everyone's policy. Mr. Maillet believes in customer service and communication just as I do.“
