Cathy is amazing! She blended a custom color for me that was somehow exactly what I wanted but could not seem to fully articulate. Cathy also took special measures to pre-treat my hair prior to coloring which made my hair smooth, silky, and in much better condition. She was also very careful not to cut off too much length. If you want color and cut perfection, call Cathy!
This place is small, but you can find it on Shillinger near Pete'Castle. You get manicures, facials, haircuts there. Cozy atmosphere. Cathy, the owner,, is an experienced hairstylist. Natalia, estetitian, makes you feel relaxed on her table. It's like you hit that nirvana stage. Highly recommend.
