While he will advise on other things that may need to be addressed, he doesn't try to turn a $150 leak into a $2000 water heater replacement. Not only did Hank promptly fix the problems we had, he also took the time to clean up the area (even though he did not make the mess) and allow me to run a cycle of clothes in the washing machine to verify the problem was fixed.
