I'm so disappointed and angry. I don't know what's going on Eyecare Associates, but I'm done. In December I scheduled a January 2024 appointment online at the Bob Wallace location. When I showed up, they didn't have my appointment. The woman at the desk asked if I made the appointment online. I said yes. Then she explained that they were having problems with the system and online appointments weren't going thru. What??? Okay, I was in a good mood and I just rescheduled. I spoke to a live person on Friday and was reminded about my new appointment. I confirmed I'd be there. I showed up today (Monday) at my rescheduled time, only to be told that they couldn't find my appointment. Then I find out they CANCELLED my appointment because I didn't confirm via text. A text I NEVER RECEIVED, mind you. They cancelled my appointment, after I'd already talked to them! No follow up call, no follow up email. What if there was something wrong with their system again and the texts aren't going thru? Because I sure didn't receive a text. Of course, this time I was upset because I wasted my time going there - again. What's even more irksome is how nonchalant the women at the front desk are. Like it's no big deal. They don't try to fix the problem or offer anything for the inconvenience. They clearly don't care, and on both occasions I never received an apology. One woman tried to get me to reschedule again, but I said no. I'm done with them. My advice, stay far away. Their dependence on technology is a huge inconvenience, and their obvious lack of concern about the situation is grating.

The first problem is that the appointments get mixed-up and cancelled, without any reason. They did not indicate or text that the appointment was canceled or rescheduled. These people are not interested at all that they inconvenience their patients and their communication system is not reliable or functioning.. In addition, the receptionists are very rude and indifferent and are not the least interested in helping or assisting. Lastly the optometrist care is very poor without any real interest in patients' well being, unprofessional and stupid doctors. The whole EYECARE Associates system should be shut down. They all deserve less than 0 stars - I suggest to everyone to stay away from this office and from EYECARE Associates completely.

They were a good office until today. My MIL had a check up about her possible glaucoma, they instead had it in their system as a yearly appointment. They did not call or text about the appointment being canceled or rescheduled. I drove way to far to be told there was NO appointment.
