He answered my account questions, provided schedule updates, and he visited one of our tenants and treated the home inside and out. He even did some extra work at the tenant's request to prevent the kind of issues she used to experience back when me and my family tried to handle pest control. Miles, back before we met you, back when we tried to handle pest control ourselves, termites taught us a scary lesson. They gave us expensive proof that we are pretty bad at pest control. Ever since we found you and your team, we haven't had a single issue, and we frequently get "thank you" texts and emails from tenants after your visits for the amazing work you do.
