I called to check what services are offered. I also asked if they offered termite services for my house, my house has spray foam and i was getting mix stories about it. I spoke with the manger, and he explained what they offer and how they can't offer a termite bond because of the spray foam. I loved the upfront honesty and that fact he wasn't just trying to sell me some services that i might not need. When my appointment came, they messaged us they were on the way. They arrived on time. The service technician explained what he was going to do, and he did exactly what he said and exactly what we were expecting.
