“We were having a new home built and I hired Birmingham Landscape Design to design my front and side beds, as well as put in a retaining wall and dry river bed. The beds have chopstone lining and an espalier on the side elevation. I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out! Working with Karen was wonderful - she helped bring my vision to life and I cannot wait to see my plants in bloom in the spring! She helped me choose plants that worked for my natural sunlight and that would be deer resistant. I appreciate that she, Andy, and the owner, Rick, visited the site multiple times throughout the project to make sure everything looked just the way it had been drawn on the plan. Karen had the crew make a few changes along the way when she wanted something to look differently. I was grateful she was monitoring quality control so that I didn't have to. “Get Premier Green’s PROFESSIONALISM and expertise + SUPERB customer service = EXCELLENCE! We highly recommend this company and could not be more thrilled with our finished product. My wife and I recently collaborated with Alexander Moore along with Justin and his team at Get Premier Green to resolve major drainage and irrigation issues within our backyard. From the start, Alexander listened to our needs and communicated next steps clearly in beginning our project. We were provided with all details via a digital invoice, which made it easy for us to review and submit for approval. Also, we received drawings of the plan for our backyard and we were able to successfully visualize the results of the efforts of Get Premier Green. After voicing the projected start date, we were pleasantly surprised to have our project start date pushed up by 3 weeks. Alexander and Justin communicated flawlessly to provide us with stellar customer service and results. We were amazed at the work ethic, knowledge, and manners of all team members at Get Premier Green. Each time we interacted with the team, we received the upmost respect and a “Yes sir” or “Yes ma’am” and our thoughts were heard, considered, and resolved where needed. At the end of all three days of the team’s work, Alexander would call and check in with us to ensure the project was going the way we expected and gave us an opportunity to discuss anything needed. We felt as if Alexander truly cared about our project and how its success impacted our home - almost as if it were a project being completed at his own home. Justin and his team would check in with us throughout the day, and were always glad to answer any and all questions we had about the project. Once all original work had been accomplished, Get Premier Green went the extra mile x 3 to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the work that had been done. Our backyard and side yards were improved to the fullest extent, and we are in awe of the work completed by Get Premier Green. We now have a beautiful backyard with green grass that will grow because our drainage issues have been addressed, in addition to our irrigation issues being resolved by Rusty and his team. Our side yard is now a gorgeous walkway with flagstone and river rock to our future gate leading to our backyard. We plan to become a repeat customer and re-sod our front yard soon, along with switching to their lawn care service. “We asked Gardner to come in and fix our seawall, straighten out our irrigation system and repair damaged areas of our lawn destroyed by the cable company. We could not be happier with the results. They are quick to respond to quote requests, professional in the work performed, very tidy in regard to the worksite and fast in getting the work done. “It has been a pleasure to work with Shawn for the last two years. He mows my lawn regularly in the summers and deals with my leaves in the fall. He has not once ever failed to show up when he said he would, and he always does a great job. He's been very flexible since the start in both my regular two-three week mows in the summer, as well as fitting me in unexpectedly when family comes into town last-minute. He is an EXCELLENT communicator and responds to my texts in a more timely manner than some of my relatives. When he hurt his foot last year he was very prompt about letting me know when my service would be interrupted and even tried to find me replacement help in the temporary interim he could not work. “10 out of 5 stars! Heath and his crew at Dirt Works did an exceptional job on my projects. They are all courteous, professional and approachable. Dirt Works performed 2 projects for me. I have a steep slope in my backyard that was eroding away and I wanted to make the slope not as steep. Heath took my vision and improved upon it. He took time to explain the process. He listened to my ideas and for certain situations, he presented a much better way of performing the task for a much better outcome. I also had a corner area I wanted to make into a flower bed. His crew installed a retaining wall and added topsoil. When a situation arose regarding the retaining wall that I wasn’t sure about, I spoke with Heath and his crew. Now keep in mind, I have absolutely no knowledge about landscaping ( I just have what I think are great ideas, many of which are unrealistic). As I was trying to convey my vision, Heath listened and presented some options; then out of nowhere he said, “You want a border, not a wall.” What a genius!! That was exactly what I wanted, I just didn’t know it. I highly recommend Dirt.Works & Bobcat Service of Birmingham. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
