“This past June our 11 year old a/c unit reached the point of no return & required replacement. We always call COUNTRY BOYZ first as they are close, respond quickly, have knowledgeable techs, and have always provided great service at a fair price. Our service tech walked us through the options & brands available & made suggestions at our request for what was the best deal for our personal needs. We are a retired couple living on a fixed income so you can imagine the sticker shock...I had already called around & the price quoted was reasonable for the upgrade. He helped us secure financing through AP which immediately was a relief because otherwise, it would have been difficult if not impossible for a loan of that amount. Everthing was handled through them over the phone so no hassles. Our unit was placed on hold at the warehouse the next morning & installed the next....took them maybe 3 hours start to finish. Can't say enough good things about them...we love our Country Boyz! ***As an added plus our most recent power bill was almost 40% less than the same time period last year with no adjustments to thermostat...we leave it on 71-73 year round for our 3BR/2BA one-level home.
