“To Primarily, Jennifer and Roxy employee/associates, in the Optical Department.I ordered glasses well over a couple of months ago, from a different Walmart associate. There was problems with the lens and frame, the frame could not be straightened. I still couldn't see well after wearing the glasses a week or so for normal eye adjustment. The lens were sent off for a remake due to the mistakes made by another associate with the measurements. "I was told later the measurements was off". I also changed the frame due to fit issues. I went back to pick up glasses again, and the lens were "still" off because of incorrect measurements, from the 2nd associate. I had very little "distance" vision. Went back to the Optical Department. Finally...Jennifer, 3rd associate, took the time needed to not only visibly measure, but used the machine/equipment needed to get a more accurate measurement. She was very compassionate to my issues. She did what in my opinion should have been done in the beginning. She is very pleasant, helpful, and most importantly, competent. Wal-Mart Optical management, I highly recommend you keep this associate and get more like her !!! Thank you Jennifer, for your caring and your efficiency !!!Roxy, the manager, was also helpful. Between Jennifer and her, I now have glasses that I can actually use...!!!“
