We recently purchased a home in Daphne and used Karen and team for our mortgage. It was such a wonderful experience! Karen is fun to work with and very knowledgeable. She was patient with our questions and made sure everything went smooth as we closed on our house remotely. We would recommend her to anyone and hope to have an opportunity to work with her and her team again in the future!

Karen took over my loan after another lender had issues with the VA. I had already missed my first closing date and was at risk of losing the home. She took over, got me to closing on-time, and did it with a significantly lower rate than other lender. Her communication was probably the most impressive. I don’t think I asked for a single update. She worked late into the night on several occasions with me to make sure I had everything I needed. And she did it with a smile and some humor.Thank you, Karen! We love the new home.
