I would recommend Bree and her team to anyone looking for a pain free mortgage process. This team communicates well and walks you through each step with ease. We knew what was needed and how to accomplish the tasks asked of us. They were available and answered all of our questions very quickly. Our process allowed us to be excited about buying our dream home and not overwhelmed with the mortgage process. Yes you have work to do work and there are steps to take but this team really works hard to make it as painless as possible.
