I hired them to add a wood ceiling in my kitchen and dining area, hang mirrors, paint accent walls, change light fixtures, hang new tv's and artwork, and various additional things. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail was superb. Harrison's crew was timely, mannerly, and over and above willing to please, repeatedly asking me about things, making sure i was pleased with the end result. I was also pleased with the initial bid/price and feel the money paid was well worth the end result. “I had multiple foundation companies come out to assess some settling. Southern structural - recommended by 3 people I trust - was the only company that didn't give me a quote the day they came out. They didn't want to scare me in a time of worry, they wanted to get to the bottom of the problem and find the causation. Out of three companies, only they recommended a structural engineer to come inspect. The "extra expense" in hiring an engineer actually saved me money on the total project. They were also the only company that tried to calm my nerves at the time. Other folks were telling me how bad the situation was and told me I needed to make a quick decision since they were busy. Brian was excellent to work with in the preparation leading to the repairs. The men they sent to my property to complete the work were extremely respectful to me and my property. Can't say enough great things here. Super honest.“

Sam worked with us as we lived in the basement during the renovation and helped us to coordinate things (like laundry set up) to make life as easy as possible. Sam did such a great job with the first renovation that he also did a master bath, hall bath and screened in porch renovation for us. He can do it all! He is trustworthy and honest. He is so fun- my kids (and our dogs!) love him! Sam is a quality contractor, and we are lucky to have found him!“
