I went to Mark optical to get my work safety glasses, and also some everyday street glasses. I started with an Office visit with Dr. Harris to get my prescription. He and his staff took time to explain everything, and I did not feel rushed. Then when it was time to select my glasses, I found that they had a huge selection of glasses to choose from and they also took my insurance so I did not pay much out-of-pocket I would definitely return. I love my glasses and I felt they were a good value for the price.
I went to Marx just for an eye exam. I just wanted a new prescription. The last visit I had in 2017. did not go well when it came to getting glasses. I got some too small for my face and it went downhill from there. Today I decided to give them another chance. Everything went great. I am very pleased with everything. The doctor was great and I got a wonderful pair of glasses. I am glad I went back.
Came in today for my Husbands appointment! The both of us needed glasses so we were assigned to Kristina for help. Not only was she attentive but she has amazing customer service! She made our experience fun and truly listened to our needs in finding frames we love. We will definitely be coming back and working with her. Also very clean office, friendly staff and everyone was enjoyable to be around!
