Mark's optical did it again, I would rate them a 10 if I could but I can only do a five. The service was excellent and the staff was fantastic and I have my glasses the same afternoon. Thank you
Wonderful experience at Marx Optical in Decatur today. Ms. Linda is amazing! She was very patient and helped fit my glasses perfectly. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my glasses before I left. What a true professional, this is was customer service should be!
These folks are like rock stars. I walk in said to myself "this is going to take forever".Exactly the opposite. Alicia who helped me was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Explained my options and made the process seamless. Mr. Mann great guy. This location is a well oiled machine and would recommend this company to anyone looking to get glasses or even just an eye exam.
