“Happy Tails, went above and beyond my expectations. You will never find a boarding place that is as caring as the Happy Tails. We left our dog Harvey in order to go on vacation with family. They called early Monday morning and said our dog was not feeling well. They took him to a vet in Cullman, because our vet was not close by. He had an abscess tooth. They had to remove the bad tooth. Once the vet released him, they came and picked him up. We were worried and thankful for our sweet dog. Thank you for taking care of our dog, so that we could enjoy our time with our family.“

Dr. Kessler took so much time with my cat, and even went and researched her condition (as it was something uncommon). When the time came that we had to put my Lola down, Dr. Kessler and her staff spent approximately an hour with me, including the exam, prognosis, and options.<br>Dr. Kessler explained every step. She humanely euthanized Lola, placed her in a burial box, and later, sent me a sympathy card with her paw print. There was no charge for any of those services that day- even for the thorough exam.
