“Robin has been taking care of mine and my family's animals for over 10+ years and will continue on for many many more! We could not ask for any better of a dog sitter! Not only does Robin take care of our animals, but she has also given my family a true friendship and a person we can always count on and trust no matter what with our four legged fur babies! Everyone wants to leave their companions with someone they can trust and Robin has never disappointed! We always leave knowing our animals are being WELL taken care of! Every time my family and I leave to go out of town our dogs start barking and getting excited because they already know they are about to go to Robin's and they absolutely love it! Not only has she taken care of our dogs, but she has also came over to our house multiple times and fed our cat while out of town, she has tended to my outside dogs, and she has even came over and helped us with stray animals! This woman is so selfless towards animals and everyone she knows. Always willing to be flexible and work with you no matter what. We will never take our dogs to another vet to stay over night while we are out of town! Robin will always be our go-to and you should too!!!!“

“Ashton did an Excellent Job Grooming our Long haired Mini Dashchund, Sadie Sue. Sadie is usually very apprehensive when she has to get a grooming, but Ashton put her at ease. Also, she took her time and was very detailed on the hair cutting and the entire grooming. Also, she didn't make us bring our dog and have her sit their all day while she groomed other dogs. Sadie was her sole focus and when she finished grooming her, she contacted us so we could come get her. We highly recommend Ashton. She did a superb job and we are looking forward to using her services again.“

“UPDATE: I got a call today from The folks at ScentHound with some information about my last visit.They've implemented a new system (my guess is it's a CRM they're getting used to) and it's apparently caused some issues since it's been implemented, including but not limited to the mistaken S.C.E.N.T check report.I really appreciated the outreach today. It's such a personal relationship that groomers have with the animals in their care and it makes me feel so much better to know that they take that relationship to heart.Original review: This was my third visit to Scenthound with my dog Newman and the second time I got the wrong S.C.E.N.T check report for my dog.In addition, this last visit was supposed to include a bath and blow dry in addition to a paw pad trim, which did not happen and I ended up doing myself at home in our basement.The staff here seems lovely but they are clearly moving too many dogs through with two little staff to accommodate and mistakes are being made.“

Despite the challenges posed by our dogs' varying needs, they handled everything with professionalism and care. I first met Dr. Dieguez a few years ago when we adopted our sweet Corgi, Banjo, from him. Dr. Dieguez is a wonderful veterinarian who truly loves animals. His veterinarian clinic and pet hotel are exceptionally run and staffed by caring, knowledgeable people who provide excellent care for our four-legged babies.One of our main concerns was prior separation anxiety experienced by two of our dogs when we boarded them previously, but the clinic staff made us feel at ease with regular updates and even sent pictures during the week. This thoughtful gesture reassured us that our furry family members were in good hands.What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. Our oldest Great Dane usually experiences stiffness and difficulty walking after boarding at other facilities, but this time he was in perfect condition. He did a little happy jog when we arrived to pick him up. It was such a blessing to see him run and look so happy instead of the usual state of being unable to get his back legs under him to walk and have to be carried to the car. It's evident that the clinic took the time to exercise him regularly, preventing any mobility issues.Moreover, when our dogs ran out of the treats we provided, they went the extra mile to find out where we bought them and then went and purchased more to give to them. This was certainly above and beyond. This level of dedication to our pets' well-being was truly heartwarming.Although it was our first time boarding at Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic, it has quickly become our preferred facility. The entire team was great with our dogs, and they were friendly and so kind when we communicated with them. We highly recommend Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic for all your boarding needs.
