This is my second experience with Dr. Kirchner.the first was in 2021, when I broke my right foot. It was a long healing, but eventually after wearing a splint for several months and then a boot for several months, I was finally able to put weight on my foot and it finally healed and was back to normal.In the past few months I developed significant pain in my right arch and finally had Dr. Kirchner take a look at it. He decided the arch needed surgery to be corrected and I am now in my 6th week of having a cast on. I had a mtn bike accident after hours, and when I called the next morning, the receptionist was very accomodating to help me get an appointment with a new-to-me doctor that could look at my sore wrists. Dr. Smith was very helpful in ruling out a fractures. Grateful to get such quick care instead of using urgent care and following up.

This doctor's office is in the Physician's Plaza at Grandview. Other hospital systems should take notes. It was very easy for me to navigate to where I needed to be, even though I had never been to Grandview in the past. The signage was clear and the color coding helped as well. The staff were friendly and we did not have a long wait. I've been in several doctors' offices over this past year and this was by far the shortest wait I've had. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I had to...at least I know to expect professionalism.
