“My first experience with Air Experts was amazing! John R. was very nice and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the issue. He also gave me a tip on how to keep my unit from running hot and running up the power bill! I would definitely recommend this company if you need fast service. Unfortunately, my husband and I came home from work yesterday to our a/c not working and a 77 degrees temperature in our house. We were able to get a 7-9am appointment with Air Experts and John came and had everything fixed quicker than expected.“

“My AC failed on a hot August evening and I was looking to make a change from another Carrier dealer. Was able to talk to a tech (Justin) after hours who was helpful. Decided to wait till next morning and called before they opened. Was able to talk with a real person who could say they could schedule me around lunch that day (again, this is before they even opened). Joe called and was enroute by about 10:30 AM. Diagnosed a bad capacitor immediately, had the part on the truck and was done in no time. Also courteous and friendly. Price was reasonable and solved the problem.
