I attended my first yoga class at Abundance. Absolutely beautiful studio and comforting energy as soon as you walk through the door. Nancy truly cares about creating an accessible space for every human at different levels of mobility, offering plenty of modifications and props which were SO helpful as a beginner. Whether you’re new to yoga or advanced in your practice, you will love your experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

At 26 I walked with a walker for nearly two weeks and needed help doing almost...read full review
