Excellent instruction! I am from Missouri and randomly picked this studio out looking for a class while traveling just to treat myself. This morning was the second time I have attended the Sunday 9:30 class. Challenging practice but felt like the encouragement and suggestions for modifications helped lead me to edge of postures and a little beyond. Thank you!
