“First, I want to state the promptness on the initial call to Zack at 5 PM on a Friday that my upstairs a/c was not working was absolutely incredible. This is the attention you get when you call local help. He answered immediately and was over at my house within 15 mins. He diagnosed the problem immediately and told me all the options (including the worst case possible). The good news is that Zack checked on the warranty for parts on the unit which saved me over $1,500. Secondly, after the parts arrived, he arrived at my house immediately upon our return home from vacation, which I might add was a Sunday evening at 5 PM. After checking the unit and flushing the lines, the a/c unit was working in over 95 degree heat. Grizzly Heating / Air is the only place that I will recommend to others in the Owens X / Hampton area due to his constant communication, and extensive description on the work that needed to be done and that he was doing. Grizzly Heating / AC is a professional organization that still has the small-town feel.“

Update!
This is my 2nd review of Comfort Control. They are great! We are definitely repeat customers. Four months ago their crackerjack technician diagnosed and replaced my shot attic air-handler fan motor, within a few hours of my call and at a fair price. Since then, I stoopidly let my return air filter clog, which resulted in my return duct collapsing. This time, Comfort Control sent over a different technician who analyzed the problem, bought the needed duct materials, and repaired (with a stint), again within hours of my call and at a fair price. Excellent! My 25 year old heat pump won't last forever, and you know I'll call Comfort Control. They are fantastic.“
