J is an excellent technician. He will stay at it until the problem is solved and corrected. He verifies that the unit is safe to operate. While thoroughly professional he is also very personable. An excellent person to work at people's homes. An all around fine person.

Jayshawn was great. He walked me through all the steps he completed to test my heat pump and ensure it was working properly. He was nice enough to take the time and explain to me how everything should work as it gets colder outside.

Both service visits were with the same technician. He knows his business, is careful with the appliance and surroundings, and both diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly. I’m back in business in the kitchen. All under warranty so no cost to me. Above average service and would recommend the Assurant program.
