I called to see if they had a part for my dryer. They didn’t have it in stock but offered to order it. It came in the very next day. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about it as I was leaving work and accidentally drove home. When I remembered, it was 5 minutes before they closed for the day. The wonderful woman offered to stay late so I could come pick up my part before the weekend! Awesome customer service.

They saved Thanksgiving!!My oven element went out at 11:30 am the day before thanksgiving. We called them at 11:50 and they had what we needed but closed at 12. The very kind lady that answered the phone waited on my husband to get there. We will always come to them anytime we need anything to do with appliances! Wonderful business!!! I am baking in my oven as I type this thanks to them!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I was in Athens for work and knew I wouldn't be back to Cullman before the local parts store closed so I took a chance and wow I am glad I did. I walked in with my part in hand and asked the woman behind the counter if they had one. Before I even got it out of my mouth she walked back to a shelf and was getting my part. She didn't have to look it up on the computer and tell me that she could order it they had it in stock. It was a quick sale too. I love to support local businesses when I can and I would suggest anyone needing parts for your appliances to go here.
