EDIT. I am not angry, I just believe that level of communication needs were different to be sure. We all strive for 100% and I have no doubt you are that and then some. Please do not be horrified, remain humble and continue to take care of your customers as you have. Levels of expectation differ, I just didn't feel as tho it was represented well to me that is all. whoever likes an accountant or needs one this is a professional place to go to they are so wonderful there I even go there and I get treated like gold love itI recommend this to anyone that needs an accountant

If I could give it more stars I would! Barb has been absolutely amazing. She's helped us fix the issues with my fiance's taxes from way back in 2009 and she's helped me catch up on my own taxes. She's a life-saver! If you need anything done, go to CVS. I will never do my own taxes, ever again. Customer for life.
