Extremely positive experience, you won't regret it!My taxes became more complex two years ago and I was looking for more peace of mind, over and above Turbo Tax.... initially I was hesitant to do my taxes over the telephone with someone I never met, but to my pleasant surprise I found Terry to be quite knowledgeable and very efficient, he's phenomenal. If you have any questions, he is able to explain the specific nuances of any tax regulations, along with possible savings where possible.He is timely, very personable and honestly I think his rates are very competitive for the service you are getting, I feel much better having an accountant do my taxes than some pop-up...read full review
