“I had a defective flooring transition piece and took it in to Home Depot Okotoks location. I didn't think that I was going to get a refund for it because I was installing a floor for a neighbor who paid for the piece, and the neighbor wasn't with me at the time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Wow, now that is service and the reason that I keep buying everything at Home Depot Okotoks!!!!!“

“Sylvain’s work is phenomenal! He came in part way through our basement development and corrected many mistakes that were made by the previous contractor. He is extremely professional, friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail. His communication skills are outstanding and always take his time to keep you up to speed with the project.
