“We moved to Calgary last summer after purchasing a townhome in a great area, but in need of renovation.Attending the Fall Home show, we met Oliver and Tawnya of Rusch Design Build. As we had no knowledge of contractors/designers in Calgary, one of the big selling points for us was discovering Rusch could do everything from design to construction. In addition, we were impressed with the close working relationship Rusch has with their trades contractors.Rusch Design Build were very professional to deal with. As we had chosen to renovate the entire main floor of the townhome (kitchen, bathrooms, mud room/laundry, flooring, electrical, ceilings etc.), Tawnya and Oliver worked with us through every step of the design process. They were instrumental in coaching us though the many decisions that had to be made. During construction, we found Rusch’s own in-house workers and Rusch’s tradespeople to be great to work with. Phillip was also an enormous help with his great eye for detail and helpful suggestions.We are incredibly pleased with the completed project. The new luxurious ensuite and beautiful kitchen are highlights.A huge thank you to Tawnya, Oliver, Phillip, all the Rusch team and contractors for an excellent job. “Great work by the team at Harding’s. The painters were very profession, showed up on time each day and finished when they said they would be done. The quality of work was very good - there were some challenging spots for them to paint and fix up due to some mudding and taping that wasn’t fully completed after renovations, and they did great to clean it all up. While there were a few minor deficiencies that we pointed out, they were very responsive in coming back to address any of our concerns and ensure we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend them to others.“

“The knowledgeable and experienced owner Bill was happy to take on the job of repairing our leaking basement, which has been a problem for years. Even prior to starting the job, he gave us advice on how to prepare and remove the lower portion of the walls in order to determine the source of the leakage. This saved us a large and unnecessary expense. When his certified technician team (son Cody and assistant Zach) came to do the repair work, Bill came by each of the 2 days to oversee and inspect. They did a fabulous job, and kept cleaning up after themselves. They were all very polite, honest and hard-working, always ready to explain what they were doing. They gave us a 5-year 100% guarantee / warranty that there would be no leakage at the repair sites. We are very happy with the job they did, and would recommend Sealerman to anyone who has a basement leakage problem. They will do exactly what is necessary, at the best possible price.
