I have 14x14 commercial door cables were off and door opener was not working. Call Tim the owner he worked getting the door fix in his schedule.Very happy with the work done and highly recommend this company. Don S

WOW! Truly unbelievable service! I'm sure they can't do this every time but I called around 8:00 am, a tech was here by 9:00, and it was fixed by 10. This was to fix a broken spring. We thought the opener might also need to be replaced but the tech got everything working so it's great they only do what's necessary. Truly a great company to do business with.

Unbelievable service. Yesterday a spring on our garage door broke. The car was trapped, and we had to be in Calgary to attend a funeral at 1:00PM the next day. I phoned Doors by Moonlight at 4:00PM, expecting the worst.Tim was able to rearrange his techs and had someone here at 8:15 in this morning. His tech had both springs replaced and he was ready to leave by 5 to 9. Wow. Tim I can’t thank you and your team at Moonlight enough for your amazing service.
