“I have done prenatal yoga with both my babies now and the prenatal yoga experience for both has been absolutely wonderful! The moves and knowledge is just what a pregnant body and mind needs. With my second pregnancy I was able to do 4 private couples yoga with my husband which helped us connect on a very deep level and prepare us for the labour and delivery. All the work I put in during pregnancy certainly paid off during labour, delivery and postpartum - of course not easy and not without challenges but the body and mind connection and exercise helped greatly. Baby’s Breath Yoga now offers postpartum and mum and baby yoga which is amazing so I can continue my journey event though I am not having any more children. 6/5 stars! If you’re pregnant or postpartum you must go!“
“I tore my calf after running a marathon, which put me on crutches for the better part of the summer. Mark gave me specific strengthening exercises to nudge my leg back into shape gently but effectively. I was off the crutches faster than expected and running again by the end of the summer! “The Yoga Studio offers an amazing assortment of classes in a zen setting. I attend yoga for better backs with Spring Lambrakos. I have bursitis in my shoulder - after a couple of months of attending, I am now pain free, have better range of motion, and sleep better. I also notice my posture improved (the hump at the back of my neck is reducing significantly!!). Spring is extremely knowledgeable in her practices, helpful to every student, and a warm, caring soul. She has a great sense of humour which helps when challenging us to do better! I have also taken a few classes from Brett Heilman who is a promising new instructor with a calming demeanour and high skill level - I felt great after his classes! The prices are affordable and they often offer specials!“
