Brett absolutely saved me today. My phone crashed and Apple told me there was no hope to recover my photos or anything on the phone that isn’t on the cloud. But they said I could see if anyone can do data recovery. Somehow Brett managed to get my phone to take the upgrade needed and I was able to get my precious photos and my life off my phone! Thank you!

Came to get my phone cleaned. They did an amazing job and super fast. Definitely recommend coming if your having problems with the charging port needing a good clean to charge properly
