Rick was absolutely awesome throughout.He was able to do an amazing repair on my broken iPad (I didn't even think it could be fixed!)I wasn't able to meet him in person due to living quite far from Calgary and someone delivered on my behalf, but the entire timehe communicated well, updated me often and was a very pleasant gentleman. Couldn't recommend enough. 5/5 stars.

Rick replaced the glass screen on my iPad pro and I couldn't be a more satisfied with his work. Very professional and the turn around time was as promised.
