I took my old iPhone in to see Rick with many questions about this device, syncing problems and possible replacements. He was very patient and personable, taking time to explain things in a way I could understand (I’m not terribly techie). After spending 30 or 40 minutes addressing all my issues, he graciously declined to charge me for his time and efforts. I will definitely take my business to The Stem Support in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone looking for a fair, reputable and knowledgeable repair service for their Apple devices. We’ve taken a few devices to The Stem Support, and every experience has been outstanding. Rick fixed our iPad screen, changed an Apple phone battery, brought a 2015 MacBook back to life, and even revived a 2009 iMac we thought was beyond saving! Got my iPhone screen replaced last fall and it was quick and easy and the phone was perfect once I got it back — was able to return to my carrier at the end of my contract with zero issues and this saved me a ton of money.
