Had a good experience at Bailey Nelson. The eye exam was quick but was not rushed. I would say they did have a bit of a smaller selection with many of the styles feeling quite similar but can't complain because I didn't really look anywhere else and am still happy with the glasses I chose. They took around a week to arrive.
I went to get my glasses fixed since I couldn’t wear them, they had a fish bowl view that 2-3 other staff members in Edmonton could not fix. The woman there tonight was so nice and professional and tried everything to fix my specs, and it worked! I can finally wear my glasses. The other staff member was very nice as well. I don’t know their names but I would recommend this location.
Great customer service at the chinook location. Everyone I delt with was pleasant, helpful and informative.
They were great with my 8 year old also. She loves her new classes.
