I normally have good experiences here but my most recent visit prompted me to submit a review. I waited a solid 10 minutes for a salesperson (they are difficult to identify because they don't wear nametags or professional attire) and when someone finally came out, she greeted me. Once I explained my situation, she went to look for a specific frame, then started a conversation with another customer about what she was wearing! The conversation went back and forth for a while until the customer remembered where she got her jacket. I had a fantastic experience today with Sandra Vigil. I needed to get a reader and sunglasses. Sandra was very knowledgeable and really friendly. She had some great suggestions and I ultimately found the glasses that I needed. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience.

This storefront has always been helpful! My daughter glasses were broke. But we had an old pair of the same frame and they were able to pop the new lenses into her old frames. We have been seeing the optometrist here since they opened as well, very nice shop
