We had Stephanie come by to do some work on our house, we were informed as to when the work would begin and be completed. It was done on time , showed up when she said she would and the workmanship was awesome. She was cheerful and had a positive attitude.

I contacted customer service requesting information about a past property that my parents purchased in 2016. Although I wasn’t able to get the information I was looking for, they were very eager to help me. Carrie was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiry . I appreciate her efforts. We have been very pleased with Avalon service over the years. Thank you.

I am a new tenant in Calgary in sequel community and had issues with my heat this past weekend. Carrie was super helpful in guiding me who to contact for assistance. I appreciate her quick response and I am happy to have my heat back up and running!
