“Have loved this gym since I've started going back in September! It does get pretty busy after work hours but otherwise everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming! Has definitely become my home away from home recently. Since they have renovated they've added a bunch of new machines and for all the girlies, there are more leg and glute machines than you'll probably ever need, definitely my favorite part!“
“Fantastic studio and the classes with Jodi are my favorite! A great mix of challenging and approachable. My running-group friends and I have so much fun at these classes.“
“I wanted to share that my one on one Ayurveda wellness sessions with Josie have been super helpful. I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. I highly recommend Josie if you’re interested in what Ayurveda can offer you! ❤️“
“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“Tried Barre3 out as a new mom and it was such a great way to get back into moving my body. Instructors are good about offering modifications which was nice as well. Clean facilities and the lounge were a huge plus!!“
“I love the instructors! They are welcoming, experienced and able to help folks adjust for different abilities. It feels like a welcoming community space. In particular, Tracy and MJ are two of my favorite instructors in the city. I always leave their classes feeling centered and fulfilled. Ive followed them from other sites of practice and would recommend their classes to anyone regardless of ability.“
“Wonderful space. Jayda was warm and professional. The introductory rate is fantastic! I highly recommend visiting Emollience Massage.“
“Zee is professional, kind, respectful, and amazing at their craft. They take their time to understand why you're visiting them and are openly willing to work with you to target what's bothering you the most. I've had a knot in my shoulder for years and after just one session with them, I feel so much better already. Looking forward to my next visit!“
“Have been going for several months now and I absolutely love it here! All of the instructors here are amazing and are so incredibly helpful. I am so grateful to have found this place!“

“Ritual provided me with a high end massage experience. Their skilled therapists understand the body, how to aid in healing, as well as providing deeply therapeutic work. I will 100% go to them again for bodywork! Thank you!“

“All the classes offered are great. I recently attended the Yoga Nidra and it was money well spent! Invest in your wellbeing and take a class at Lake View Yoga!“
“This studio is more than just an amazing place to practice yoga: it is a place where you are welcomed as part of community the second you walk through the door.Classes are exciting, as demanding and challenging as you yourself want to make them, filled with humor and general cheer! The instructors are knowledgeable, gentle in corrections, enthusiastic and charismatic! It feels like even when we are working hard, we have so much fun, you can’t wait to get back to the studio.“
“First class at Twist. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and the images she used were so helpful. Very clear and no embarrassing moments.“
“As a dedicated yoga student for over twenty years I've taken classes at a myriad of studios and from a variety of teachers. Taj Yoga is an incredible studio and founder and teacher Theresa Elliot is a master of her craft and is always evolving and growing, sharing her enthusiasm and smart, safe movement practices in exciting ways without being snooty or woo-woo. Her classes are always fun and a good workout and I've learned immensely from her. The space is beautiful too with high ceilings, great light and solid maple floors. I also regularly attend Dylan Noebels early morning yoga classes here and have reviewed him independently under A-1 Yoga.“
“Sally is awesome, and so are her Thai sessions! Her touch is confident and comforting. The pressure was perfect, and she did a wonderful job of honoring my body's current challenges and helping me to also honor my body. She is a very grounded and down to earth practitioner, and I can't recommend her enough!“
“Great gym with lots of equipment and classes. Currently undergoing renovation which has interrupted some features but will be great once completed.“
“Renee is a truly supportive, motivating and skilled instructor! I have scoliosis and was interested in learning more about yoga. Renee created a fantastic individualized program of stretching and strengthening exercises. I highly recommend working with Renee!“
“I started practicing Yoga 2 weeks ago at Leela's. I was first met by the owner who is super nice! She advised it was ok for me to start yoga while pregnant but she did ask for a doctor's note which made me think they really care about your wellbeing :). They have this special for new students where you can go as many times as you'd like during the first month for just $30, which is pretty awesome. So far I've tried a couple of different classes with Lydia, Michala and Cara and they've all been amazing. I most definitely will keep going to Leela's!“
“I highly recommend Two Dog Yoga for many reasons. After trying probably dozens of yoga studios in the greater Seattle area, I have found my yoga home at Two Dog Yoga.“
“KAITLIN IS THE BEST!!! I've had hundreds, maybe thousands of massages in my life, but now I've had the best! Kaitlin brings thoughtful energy to her practice. She has great technique, appropriate pressure, and is very knowledgeable on modalities. Highly professional and highly rated. I'm glad I found her!!“
“Best training facility!! Biggest and most varied class repertoire! Staff and trainers are amazing and really know how to create an awesome workout experience!“
“As a novice 10 years ago, I was apprehensive about going to my first yoga class. But that feeling quickly melted away when Christy started the class. Her soothing voice and informal, unhurried manner combined with very clear instructions made it super easy for me to get started. After a year of classes, I unfortunately had to stop doing yoga, but 10 years later, upon a cancer diagnosis, I discovered that Christy taught a yoga class for cancer patients. Remembering my previous experience with Christy, I jumped at the opportunity to take her classes again. When I stepped back in after such a long absence, it felt like I had come home. Christy’s gentle manner and excellent guidance has been invaluable to me as I deal with cancer treatment and its aftermath. Thank you, Christy, for being part of my care team! --Diane“
“Absolutely love this yoga studio! The classes are challenging yet invigorating, and the staff is fantastic - very professional and supportive. I've practiced yoga for years and tried numerous studios, but Millcreek stands out for its exceptional atmosphere and quality sessions. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch yoga experience!“
