“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. “I just had an ashiatsu massage with Heidi, it was absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. Ask anyone, I have issues with "feet" but this was amazing. It is deeper than a regular massage and it is a much slower pace. Would I do it again, 100%, YES.“

I recently had a 1-on-1 coaching session with her to work on my form for the main barbell lifts, since I've been lifting for several years but had hit a wall with my strength gains. “I have been seeing Cheree at Pilates Edmonds for over 12 years. When my wife first suggested I try pilates I thought it was going to be easy and a waste of time. I was wrong. Some workouts are very difficult-especially when learning how to do the exercises properly and isolating the muscles we are targeting. I wish I had training like this when I first started in sports as a young kid. I have finally learned a lot of proper techniques for stretching, building core strength (yeah, we think we have it as young athletes but do not) and most importantly for me dealing with injuries and their aftermath. Both sports and my career have lead to injuries resulting in developing ways to compensate and work around these injuries. Cheree has taught me ways to overcome these injuries both old and new. She helps me to not only continue in the sports I love but to regain some of the strength and abilities I thought I had aged out of.
