“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“

“I joined F45 in 2020 and it's been the only gym that I've ever enjoyed enough to go consistently, which makes it worth the price. I do not want to create my own workouts, and need a class schedule to get me to show up. This gym's bit is the emphasis on community building - extroverts will tend to make friends in any class, while introverts benefit from choosing the same class time with regularity. They do a heartrate monitor with membership for an element of gameification that I really liked before I accidentally sent my monitor through the wash. Highly recommend“

Luke has been amazing on this journey, he is very supportive, approaches our training holistically, paying attention to not only the progress in my body but also my overall motivation and wellbeing. Not only Luke but the whole team here are approachable and friendly. “This is the only gym/group fitness class that has ever worked for me. I started last year at age 44, overweight and totally out of shape. I joined with the sole goal of getting stronger. The coaches welcomed and encouraged me the entire way. I'm now down 20pounds, and in better shape than I was 10 years ago. The people are great - everyone's just there to work. It's all ages, all body types, so no judgment. Sam the owner is the best - she'll push you just enough to challenge yourself without getting discouraged or injured. I'm so grateful I finally found something that works for me!“

“Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“I am 31F and started seeing Adnan for personal training in August of last year - so it's been about 8 months now of going to him twice a week. In that eight months, I have gotten WAY stronger, leaner, and more capable. I feel better, literally all the time, then I did before. I am visibly in much better shape. I sleep better, I have more energy, my mood is better. If these are things that you would also like, and you would like to achieve them without screwing your body up from poor technique or trying to figure out how to do new exercises from TikTok and youtube videos, I cannot recommend Strength Lab Training enough.Bonus: because Adnan has an independent set up and does not work out of a giant commercial mega-gym, you do not have to deal with other gym goers while you are getting trained. It's perfect.I will note specifically: I have met a few women who have had issues with (typically male) personal trainers who discouraged them from lifting heavy because they'd "get bulky" and insisted on having them just do really high reps of the same low weights in perpetuity, even after they expressed interest in learning how to lift heavy. It worried me and was part of why I looked for a trainer who was strength focused. Adnan definitely is pro lifting heavy for women! I now squat an amount I'm not sure I would have considered achievable when I started, and am only going for more. SQUATS FOREVER.When I first started I didn't really know what the hell I wanted to do, and Adnan was really helpful for making very well-rounded programming for me. As I've gotten more specific goals, he has adjusted my programming to get me there. I have learned A LOT of technique from him, smashed goals and then new goals and then more new goals, and have not gotten injured once.Plus, honestly, just a dope dude to talk to in between sets.10/10 would get swole again“

We visited while on vacation in Seattle and we will definitely come again on our next trip!Accessibility: Easily accessible, their scheduling app makes picking a workout, time, and payment very easy. It took me less than 5 minutes, very impressed for a non-corporate gym. They had so many class options and times available I had no excuse not to workout. The facility is located on a corner and you can’t miss it, well lit and with lots of lockers and storage areas plus showers if you need them.Workout: Our regular gym is a strength and CrossFit gym and we fit right in. The Strength and Muscle classes we attended met the same needs we work regularly. Kyle is an awesome coach and spent the whole hour moving between all the attendees and assisting with form and modifications to meet each persons needs. The scalability of each exercise meant my wife and I each got a strenuous and worth while workout. They used a huge variety of strength options including kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, barbells, and calisthenics+plyometrics. Awesome workout.Staff: As stated above, expertly friendly and helpful. From our first time popping in to inquire about drop in availability, to our last class they were a real high light of the experience. Extraordinarily friendly and approachable. They helped us pick out the best options for our schedule and get set up quickly with no hassle.Facility: Modern equipment that is well maintained. Clean, and well laid out. They had equipment I hadn’t seen at larger gyms including weight scaling options that you really have to look for if you want them, such as clip on weights for intermediate settings.“
