Troy provided a written quotation, along with a date and time for commencement and completion of the work. All of these commitments were adhered to. The professionalism that Troy displayed in his communication with us was very much appreciated, as we were out of town while the work was being done. We were kept apprised of the progress, through messages and photos, every step of the way. We were adequately reimbursed for an issue that arose, and we very happy with the way in which it was resolved.
