July 1 at 0930 - called and left a message requesting info on availability. At approximately 1130, I walked into the grooming facility and was able to schedule appointments for both dogs. I asked for deshedding, washing, and cutting for both Australian Shepherds. When we arrived on July 2 at 1:50 pm, the groomer asked what we wanted. I explained we wanted ‘Teddy Bear’ cuts on both dogs, showed her pictures of what I wanted, and even offered instructions if needed. My girls(toy aussie and mini aussie) stay there when we’re out of town, are groomed there, and attend day camp twice a week. The staff are the greatest and the girls love it there.
We have 4 labrador retrievers and Countryside is ALWAYS accomodating at getting all 4 dogs in quickly, with great service and outstanding care. They provide excellent grooming quality with a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
