I was in town for a few days and called to see if there was any way to fit me in for highlights and a haircut. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and explained their only colorist was the owner, so she took my number and said she would have her call me. No phone call. I feel that even if she couldn't fit me in, I should have at least received a phone call.
